Jaqueline was very helpful and told me everything that was going to happen before it happened.

Our kids LOVE coming here! They'll even stay after just enjoying the video games here. They look forward to the token they get at the end of their cleanings, which they get to use on the old school quarter machines for prizes: sticky men, unique rocks, bouncy balls, etc. They work with you for getting all of your kids seen simultaneously. The front desk ladies are all very friendly and have beautiful, welcoming smiles. Dr. Leung is wonderful with the kids and even the one who took the x-rays playfully asked my youngest, "We need to check if you have dinosaur teeth." We have not had any issues getting appointments for the kids.

We love Dr. Palacios & Darius!! My husband and I took our 7 yr old and our first visit went smooth, a little lengthy, but everything was great! They came up with a treatment plan for my daughter, since we didn’t know how she would do with laughing gas for the first time, we did 2 phases and the first phase both Darius and the dr talked to her and with her through the whole thing and made her feel comfortable and everything went smooth. We were able to sit and watch the whole process, all while supporting and comforting our daughter. Overall, the experience and service was above and beyond. Definitely recommend!
